Refund policy

This policy applies to paid Autotechnest Digital enrollments arranged offline. The website itself does not charge cards or wallets.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the cohort start date and have not downloaded restricted course packs. Partial refunds may apply if you withdraw within the first seven days of a live cohort after completing less than twenty percent of graded activities.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within thirty days of the event that triggers eligibility (cancellation notice or early withdrawal). Requests after that window are reviewed only for documented service failures on our side.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: timely cancellation, no restricted downloads, seat unused. Partial refund: early withdrawal with limited progress; the amount reflects unused live sessions minus an administrative fee of HK$480. Self-paced Lantern seats purchased more than seven days earlier are not fully refundable once materials are unlocked.

Non-refundable items

Custom Assurance Grove workflow walkthroughs already delivered, Nest Retainer quarters already begun, third-party exam fees, and printed materials shipped at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@autotechnest.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two Hong Kong business days and may ask for identity verification.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen Hong Kong business days to the original payment method whenever possible. If that method is unavailable, we arrange a bank transfer to a Hong Kong account you nominate.

Cancellation by Autotechnest Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for serious illness or bereavement with supporting documentation. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may pause access while we investigate.
